R700 Rower Manual

The Progression Fitness 700R Rower is a high-end rower for home use. It's long design allows full extension and range of motion for a variety of users, tall and short. Although it's designed to accomodate tall users, giving it a longer footprint, the 700R has a folding option that allows for the rowing machine to be folded up for storage. The belt driven system and magnetic resistance makes for a very quiet workout while the programs and adjustable foot pedals make for a customized workout for all users.
