Driver exposes OpenGL 3.1 API but partially: GL_ARB_draw_instanced, GL_ARB_copy_buffer, GL_NV_primitive_restart, GL_ARB_texture_rectangle and GL_ARB_uniform_buffer_object are exposed whereas GL_ARB_texture_buffer_object is not exposed.
