Ms Office 2013 Offline Activator

For a medical facility with a lot of offline computers, my boss ordered a new version of office 2013. Its a license that activates 20 times. Which is all great and all, but these Pc's don't connect to the internet. Activation via phone works fine, but i don't have an installer to install this on the offline pc's. Does anyone know where i can download an offline office 2013 professional (preferably dutch:) installer, so i can copy it to a USB stick to install it on those Pc's? I need Offline installer office 2013 professional (NOT PLUS!).

Apr 21, 2014 - If your computer came with Office 2013 pre-installed (or if you lost your installation disc), you can still reinstall Office with your product key—you.

All office 2013, except volume license uses click-to-run technology which will consume bandwidth whenever it wants. ' One thing to remember is Click-to-Run is the default installation for Office 2013. Whether you buy Office at your local retailer, on Office.com or anywhere else that sells Office, you are installing via Click-to-Run. This is the same whether it is perpetual or subscription activation - or whether it is an Office 2013 suite or an Office 365 suite. The only way you can get an MSI package of Office 2013 is if you have a volume license agreement for Office Professional Plus 2013 or Office Standard 2013. Everything else is Click-to-Run - even if you live somewhere that offers Office on a DVD, you are installing via Click-to-Run from the DVD.'

We are seeing a increase of bandwidth usage to officecdn.microsoft.com. Motivacionnoe esse primer. With a few PC, it maybe alright, but we have hundreds of PCs.

We purchased a product key via Microsoft online (on another PC than the one in question) for Office Home and Business 2013. When I try to activate the software the ONLY selection I am given is 'Activate Online'. No phone option is given. Obviously if I select Activate Online it brings up a browser that goes nowhere because the PC cannot be connected. If I select Cancel it closed Office and I am back to square one. I thought normally there would be a second option of calling the Microsoft Activation hotline, but that requires the Activation Wizard to be on the screen, again that option doesn't appear.

I tried calling 1-800-MICROSOFT and was transferred yet again to the MS Activation hotline. How can I activate my Office 2013 WITHOUT being online?
