Bush Tv Monitor Drivers
NO SOUND HDMI ON BUSH TV. • On the playback tab, you should see two icons. One for your laptop speakers, one for the external monitor/TV. • Double click on the Laptop speakers, then click 'Set Default' button on the bottom. I will try to find the best drivers for your laptop. Hope to hear from you soon! MrRobot I am an HP Employee. Couple of things, i can think of. Sometime there is a key eg. To switch to an external display does this do any thing? The Graphics drivers - do they see the new display? Is the Cable HDMI at both end's? Does the Cable work if you plug it into a DVD player and the same TV?
Does the Laptop need to have a certain HDMI version to send the data to the TV? Are you running the resolution of the graphics card at a compatible resolution for the TV? Can you supply the Thread with the exact make and model of both the TV and the Laptop?
This site was recommended to me. I need a computer geek to help me! I have a Medion E series laptop with Intel HD graphics and Windows 7 Home Premium OS. CPU is celeron/pentium at 1.6 GHz. HD is 320 Gb and RAM is 2GB. The puter is 3months old and is up to date with drivers, windows updates and anti-virus.
I have tried to connect this laptop to a BUSH BLED 42' HD FSTV via HDMI cable, but can only get a video signal in safe mode, or up the the point Windows 7 loads the log-in icon. AFter that no video signal is displayed. I have been in contact with both manufacturers and with contacts on other forums but with no solution thus far. The laptop and HDMI works fine on other FSTV's eg Goodmans and all W7 options become available.
But this combo of Medion laptop and Bush TV ( which is also 3 months old) just will not communicate! I have tried altering screen resolution, using different monitor drivers ( eg Non PnP, FST and Television) but W7 just will not detect my TV as another monitor. The TV manufacturers tell em this is the first instance they have come across this. I purchased the TV and laptop for the HDMi capability to stream internet HD vids etc to my big screen TV.:-(.
What seems to be happening is in safe mode the basic VGAsave driver is being used, which generates a 800*600 signal that my TV will display, less the audio ( which is disabled in safe mode). Then when I come to log in W7 in normal mode the signal is lost at the log in icon, I assume when the default drivers kick in. All W7 troubleshooting and drivers information indicates no problems or conflicts and everything working ' normally'. I cannot believe I am the only person with this combo of hardware and software. Ideas on how to fix this are most welcome!.
